Pre-K - 3rd Grade 1 Chaperone per 7 Students
4th - 12th Grade 1 Chaperone per 10 Students
Groups must meet the required minimum number of chaperones based on their age group. Any additional chaperones beyond the required ratio will be charged a discounted admission rate of $12.00. Teachers are considered chaperones and must be included in the chaperone count.

We require a 48-hour written cancellation notice. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund; those made later are non-refundable. All cancellations must be emailed to booking@aerospaceca.org.

To ensure the best experience for all visitors, the following guidelines must be followed for all field trip bookings at the Aerospace Museum of California:
Booking and Payment Deadline:
All bookings must be made and paid for at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled visit. Any booking made less than 5 business days in advance will be subject to regular admission rates.Attendance Changes and Invoice:All changes to attendance numbers must be submitted before invoice due date to ensure proper accommodations. Attendance changes made after the invoice due date will be subject to the full invoiced amount. Please contact booking@aerospaceca.org.
Payment Arrangements:
If payment cannot be made within 5 business days from the scheduled visit, please contact us at booking@aerospaceca.org to discuss alternative arrangements.“Dreams Take Flight” Tours:
All “Dreams Take Flight” tours must be booked and fully paid for in advance to be valid.Group Size Requirement:
A minimum of 15 students is required for the Self-Guided Field Trip. A minimum of 20 students is required for “Dreams Take Flight” Tour.Additional Guests:
Any additional guests (e.g., chaperones) may pay group rates at the door on the day of the visit.

Lunch Options

Outside Food & Picnic Area: The Aerospace Museum of California does not allow outside food inside the museum. However, there is an outdoor picnic area available in the at Freedom Park. This area is first come, first served, and reservations are not available.
School groups may leave to eat in the picnic area and reenter the museum afterward. Schools are responsible for transporting their own lunches to and from the picnic area. The museum cannot store lunches unless prior arrangements have been made.

Groups must complete the lunch order form at least five (5) business days before their visit. Orders must be placed through our online booking system.
A boxed lunch option is available for school groups for $8 per student. Boxed lunches must be picked up at the Old Crow Café at the designated time. Please ensure that your group arrives promptly for lunch pickup.

If your group plans to visit The Old Crow Café without pre-ordering meals, please indicate this on your booking form to help expedite food orders.
The Old Crow Café has limited seating and is unable to accommodate large groups at one time. To ensure the best experience, we recommend pre-ordering boxed lunches or using the outdoor picnic area.

Freedom Park
Freedom Park is located right next to our beautiful airpark. This space-themed park is the ideal play spot for little aviators. Equipped with a splash pad and plenty of shady pavilions it is a must stop spot for a picnic or some afternoon playtime.
