Roaring Rockets

Join us Saturday, July 15th for Roaring Rockets as Amelia Bearhart and friends host hands-on STEM activities all about rockets. Participants are invited to build and take home their very own straw rocket, watch our exciting water rocket demonstrations, and get the opportunity to play and tinker with stomp rockets.

Earth Day Celebration

Celebrate Earth Day with Amelia Bearhart and friends!  Join us Saturday, April 22nd for hands-on STEM activities and crafts that will inspire you to protect our home planet.  Learn which of our historical aircraft played an important role in mapping oil spills during Operation Desert Storm, fighting forest fires, and conducting oceanographic research to better predict cyclones and monsoons.  Don’t forget to visit the world’s largest energy producing kite, Makani’s M600!

Amelia Bearhart’s Storytime and Crafts

Join Amelia Bearhart and friends for another Storytime and Crafts April 15th from 10 am – 2 pm.  This month we will be reading “There was a Black Hole that Swallowed the Universe” by Chris Ferrie.  After, guests will be invited to create an out-of-this-world craft to take home.
