Apollo to Artemis

Over fifty years ago, the United States had nine manned lunar missions, six landing on the surface. Why did we start this incredible effort? How did we achieve it? What are the results and benefits? Join NASA Ambassador, Michal Warzecha as he answers these sought-after questions and more about the Artemis program. Join us for the first of many sessions!

About Michal Warzecha:  Michal has a lifelong interest in Aerospace. At age six, he became forever fascinated with space travel by watching live broadcasts of the Apollo Soyuz Test Project. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington and holds a Professional Mechanical Engineering License with the State of California. He has over thirty years of experience in the Engineering field and has worked on many projects, including the Boeing 777, Artemis, Atlas V, and missile systems. His current job is developing hydrogen fuel cell-powered semi-trucks in West Sacramento, California. This event is included in the general admission ticket.
