Looking for supplemental learning opportunities for your child this school year? Whether you’re distance learning or homeschooling, our Outdoor Learning Labs are the perfect opportunity for kids to get outside and off their screens for some hands-on learning and fun. Gather your learning pod or your group of friends and get ready to explore!
Classes are designed to accommodate learning pods of up to 12 students for just $179. Held in our outdoor classroom, students ages 6-10 will experience science demonstrations and hands-on activities led by our team of Museum Learning Experts. Parents can choose to observe the classes or roam our amazing Outdoor Museum Air Park.
AMAZING ASTRONAUTS – ages 6-10
Fridays, 9:00 am – 10:30 am
Take a closer look at the solar system and learn about life as an astronaut. Find out what happens to your body in space.
EXPERT ENGINEERS – ages 6-10
Fridays, 11:00 am – 12:30pm
Launch a catapult and build a tower. This Learning Lab will teach you how to think like an engineer.
Don’t have a group or looking for individual spots in the Learning Lab?
If you don’t have a homeschool or learning pod, not to worry! We offer individual spaces in our learning lab and keep the students socially distanced in a smaller group of 10. For $20, one parent can bring their child to the Learning Lab while they explore the Outdoor Museum Air Park.

Supplemental Learning in an inspiring setting
We’ll have space and aviation themed camps designed for 1st through 6th graders. Every day will feature fun activities to teach your future pilot or astronaut about the amazing science behind space exploration, rockets, and aircraft!
Safety is Our Priority
Learning labs follow all state guidelines for safety and social distancing. Staff and students will wear masks and adhere to social distancing.
