Touch. Feel. Explore.
We are committed to inspire students to explore, dream, and discover Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) through hands-on learning.
We have many different educational programs offered throughout the year. Come discover the adventure that inspires you or peaks your curiosity!

Summer Camps at AMC
Our Aerospace Museum of California educators develop camp activities that your children will love, while introducing them to the world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Registration opens February 15, 2020.

SOAR Program w/ UC Davis
An exciting partnership between our museum and UC Davis’ Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering Program. This mentorship program fosters an appreciation and passion for STEM education in young students. Led by a NASA Astronaut and Scientist as well as UC Davis graduate students.

Girl Scouts "Space Girls" Event
Our event, “Space Girls at the Museum,” helped troops learn about space in a fun and interactive environment. The day long program included specially-tailored STEM activities, games on Space-related concepts. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback from scouts and troop leaders.

3D Printing with ARC
This experimental internship program includes ARC seniors and graduate students who explore printing design and technology concepts in our Museum Gift Shop on the weekends. Everyone is invited to come explore as miniaturized replicas of aircrafts are printed live!

We make learning Fun
Many children don’t have the opportunity to visit a museum and may never realize their interest in STEM careers. Our goal is to give 30,000 Sacramento kids a STEM Experience— regardless of socio-economic background. We hope to inspire our future leaders to pursue a career in future STEM industries!
